Position overview:
• Designation: Program Manager - Central Bank All Channels
• Department: Central Bank All Channels
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Key Result Areas/Key responsibilities
Sales
• Should possess understanding of working of Banca Model.
• Ensure Drives on Key Initiatives launched for Partner as well as Internal Sales Teams.
• Have regular communication with Field teams and liaison their requirements with HO teams.
Relationship Management
• Data management for requirements of Bank Central Office.
• Build relationship with the Operations and Sales team members.
• Enable sales team by ensuring that all sales enablers with regards to sales tools, sales propositions & help items are in place.
• Adhere to the daily Activity Management/Choreography.
• Interact with field teams regularly daily and build rigor Branch Activation.
• Interact with IT, DE and OPS teams to ensure smooth functioning for Sales
Ensure compliance
• Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other compliance standards
• Should be process & product champion to ensures adherence to policies and procedures to cultivate a compliance culture in the team
Technical requirements:
• Banking, financial services industry, business perspective & planning exposure
• Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders, business, operations, and convince leaderships to execute process improvement projects
• Ability to provide overall direction, guidance and definition of business to effectively support business strategy
• Excellent team work skills and capability to work across multiple projects simultaneously with ability to work well under pressure, aggressive timelines
• Organisational skills including self management, problem solving skills, peer level co-ordination and ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Expert at MS Project, Power point, Excel, Word, Access other office solutions
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 10 - 12 years in Insurance sales
