Description of the opportunity:
Over the years, Studeasy Foundation and its parent organization, Connected Technologies, have established their expertise in executing large-scale, technology-driven Learning & Development (L&D) programs. While our core forte lies in executing such programs for Govt. school students, some of India’s largest socially-responsible organizations have routinely engaged us to roll-out large-scale L&D programs to other audience segments.
Recently, we have partnered with a large, multinational corporation that requires us to leverage technology to conduct a 6-8 month long MBA-style Program for 1,500 MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in the Agricultural Space, which shall enable these entrepreneurs and business owners to enhance their knowledge, skills, and mindset to effectively manage and grow their businesses. By providing a structured curriculum with practical insights, the program aims to equip entrepreneurs and business owners with the necessary tools and strategies to navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.
To execute the above program, we are looking to hire 4 Program Managers who shall work with us for a period of 6-8 months. During this period, each Program Manager shall report to a Program Lead, and execute this program to 300-400 MSMEs by managing a team of 7-8 Program Associates who shall be deployed across various states in India where the MSMEs are located.

Overview of the vacancy:
• No. of personnel required: 4-5
• Designation: Program Manager
• Role: Operations, Project Management
• Nature of work: Hybrid (Predominantly remote)
• Nature of employment: Project-based, Full-time
• Duration of employment: 6-8 months
We’re looking for candidates with:
• Degree/Diploma in Rural Marketing, Social Work, Education and/or Agriculture
• Work experience: 2-4 years of experience in executing L&D programs/activities in rural India o Demonstrated ability to work in a team and/or manage a team
• Effective interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Oral and written language fluency in English and Hindi
• Access to a laptop or computer and internet connectivity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
• Based out of Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and/or West Bengal
• Passionate about improving the lives of audiences in rural India
Selected candidates shall shoulder the following responsibilities:
• Build a team of local, on-ground personnel to execute the program
• Train your team as per the program requirements
• Prepare a plan of execution for the program
• Ensure timely execution of the program
• Monitor the execution, identify problem areas, and assist the team in problem-solving
• Escalate issues which the team and you are not being able to fix despite attempts
• Report of the execution of the program
• Capture feedback from key stakeholders on the impact of the program
• Report on the impact of the program
In exchange for your efforts, you shall get:
• Fixed pay as per industry standards + performance bonus
• Travel allowance as per actuals, in-case of on-ground travel

• Weekly off every Saturday and Sunday
