Purpose Of The Role
This role exists to multiply the effectiveness of the Org Design vertical by owning analysis, structure, and throughput for enterprise-level organization design (OD) and HCM planning. The role supports diagnosis, workforce planning, and governance by building market intelligence, maintaining spans & layers datasets, developing org maps, and producing leadership ready insights and dashboards. This role is the analytical engine behind the deliverables on org design and senior stakeholder engagement.
