Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

Manage the day-to-day execution of the program through the end-to-end lifecycle from inception, delivery and embedding/ongoing run.
Oversee the creation of necessary business cases (cost and benefit profile).
Coordinate go-to-market activities in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Commercials.
Effectively manage risk for the project in conjunction with the Group Risk team and other stakeholders, managing all risk actions, issues and dependencies (including cross-project).
Manage the financial profile for the program including a forward view of anticipated costs.
Provide necessary information and access for independent assurance reviews.
Prepare required materials for the Program Steering Committee.
Implement suitable project governance to enable transparent and efficient project delivery (within scope, time and budget).
Cultivate positive relationships with team, customer and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead the change management tasks and document change processes and training requirements within the change management plan.

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you:

7+ years Project Management experience.
Demonstrated experience in implementing high-profile and large/complex programs.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tracking tools - with a focus on pragmatic execution.
Demonstrated ability to operate at senior executive level including presenting and running meetings/workshops.
Ability to take the lead and drive projects forward through being proactive in identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex issues and guide others towards solutions.
Ability to align operational plans with functional strategy and approach.
Strong business acumen and capability for horizontal collaboration.
Advanced time management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable communicating at all levels.
The benefits are good too!

We offer flexible working in every sense
