With support and investment from Australian-owned Superannuation funds, the Group is committed to growth organically and through acquisition. The business has over 550 employees across Melbourne, Sydney and New Zealand with a blueprint for further growth this year.
As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and deliver critical programs with strict milestones under intense pressure while ensuring impeccable quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Complex Programs: Lead the delivery of complex, high-stakes programs where ambiguity and uncertainty are the norms. You’ll need to find creative solutions to keep projects moving forward, even when facing significant challenges.
Strict Milestone Adherence: Work under tight deadlines, ensuring that all project milestones are met with precision. Manage and mitigate risks while maintaining the highest standards of delivery quality.
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize your strong background in data management, data migration, and understanding of database constructs to guide program delivery. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the development and management of common data models, ensuring seamless integration with data warehouses, and understanding the impact of data pathways on the business.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership. Communicate complex ideas clearly and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Maintain an unwavering commitment to the quality of program deliverables. You will be expected to implement and uphold rigorous standards that ensure every aspect of the program meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Requirements:
Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Program Manager, particularly in leading large, complex programs where ambiguity and change are constant.
Data Expertise: A strong understanding of data management principles, including data migration, database structures, data warehousing, and the business implications of data consumption.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of program goals.
Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a rigorous approach to quality assurance.
Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet, adjust strategies as needed, and navigate the complexities of large-scale program delivery.
