There is a need from customers for various loan and credit products – be it Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans, SME Loans & Working Capital, Business & Personal
Loans, Credit Cards & Consumption Finance products and even Agri, Tractor and Gold Loans.
CRM is our biggest tool to drive efficiencies thru the Branches and the Asset Team. Customer being the key for all of us these are exciting times to accelerate our journey of ensuring all our customers have one asset/multiple asset products. This is the time for exponential growth (and not incremental growth) on offering asset products to our customers
With this view, we are looking at Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the Asset Xsell agenda for the market segments (eg Prime, Growth, Emerging, VRM, Priority etc). The Xsell products will encompass all the Household & Business Banking asset products of the Bank.
The Program Manager Asset Xsell will have the following responsibilities:
• Eye for detail with Data on CRM to drive efficiency on leads for both RL and RA
• Leverage CRM and other tech platforms for leads
• Ensure Leads from Channel on ALL Asset products
• Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective markets
• Work closely with the Channel Managers, RCMs, Asset Team to scale on CRM Efficiencies, input parameters on CRM
• Work with respective Asset product/business teams to scale business from the channel. Launch and execute channel campaigns
