An expert in the art of storytelling - content writers, produce relevant content for corporate presentations, brochures, articles/advertorials websites, writing blog posts for feature announcements, leadership posts, white papers, news, newsletters, product descriptions, social media platforms Framing scripts for feature videos/articles, building presentations, employee rewards & recognition communications etc. Create high-quality content for various online and offline collateral that is to capture the attention of a target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
• Research, analyze, develop, write, and deliver persuasive high-quality, durable content regularly for corporate presentations, brochures, articles/ advertorials websites, blogs, white papers, news and newsletters, email campaigns, videos, social media platforms and manage the editorial calendar
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies. Must have effective writing and editing skills to write fresh and consistent content in various styles and formats for multiple audiences
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
• Evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms
• Assuring web content is user-friendly and keyworded optimize all content for SEO benefit
• Interactive content for social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter...
• Focuses on campaigns, public and media relations.
• Perform content impact analysis to improve KPIs.
• Contribute to consistency in content across communications
• Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence
Qualifications Experience and Skills:
• Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing.
• Six plus years' notable experience working as a content writer incorporate communications, employer branding, content development, communication strategy at B2B / IT Product /consulting companies Portfolio of unique content and published articles.
• In-depth understanding of audience profile and tailor-fit the communications need for specific groups of audience.
• High English language proficiency (suitable for business) and the ability to create good content quickly with minimal errors.
• The candidate must speak and write clearly and articulately in good English. Also, they must have strong internet research knowledge and excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint and Word. WordPress experience will be an added advantage. High creative thinking ability and strong presentation skills.
• The person must have a balanced viewpoint and strong intellect to objectively analyze, logically correct conclusions, and present the facts in an easy-to-understand format.
• Proactive and acts on assignments without waiting for instructions. Brings new ideas to the company.
• Ability to perform and consistently improve the quality and speed of assignments to meet project deadlines.
• Must be enthusiastic in in-depth analysis to draw insightful conclusions.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.• Interest in and knowledge about various social media networks.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
