Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program portfolio. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors. Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a program manager or project manager, managing complex projects and programs from initiation to closure. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
