The team acts as a centralized backbone for supporting the leadership team of India’s Technology vertical. To create significant value, the Tech PMO aims to enable the Tech leadership (Head of India Tech) and BU leaders to formulate and implement strategies that drive ambitious outcomes for the firm. The team also drives firmwide initiatives, operational efficiencies, and delivers analytics and insights from various data to enable leadership decision-making.
