• Lead planning and/or implementation of projects
• Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
• Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Discuss, estimate and address project technical impediment
• Advocate on behalf of clients and communicate clients' needs to senior management
• Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology
• Create and update MIS with accurate information to identify the risk and issues pro-actively at the sprint level
• Project Documentation
• Work with Product Managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions
• Train the larger team on new features and processes
• Implementation of key projects on both issuance and acquirer businesses
• Coordinate with regulators and ensure the product enhancements are in line with the regulatory guidelines
• Documentation quality and speed (Detailed & Exhaustive)
• Testing features along with UAT team
