Key / Primary Responsibilities :
1. Engage with product teams and external service providers to create segment-based proposition for startups. Managing full life cycle of large-scale program / projects in Startup Banking
2. Create collaterals with marketing teams. Design and execute campaigns for acquisition and wallet penetration
3. Define process for prospecting and acquisition of startup clients for different products and services
4. Build digital journeys and create assisted digital workflows
5. Collaborate with Product Managers and functional owners within the organization to oversee activities and deliverables of Startup Banking
6. Own internal/external communications to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of program and mitigate inefficiencies
7. Create a single repository (microsite) for startup program, various customized products and services, which are components of the programs, along with process / workflow documentation
8. Roll out/launch startup program through internal and external communications. Train the team and create Train the Trainer (TTT) module for the field team, to carry out the activity on a regular basis
+. Create a monitoring framework for performance tracking of the unit and publish report on regular basis
10. Collaborates with Client success team and Founder success team for all kind of program support, training & communications, client-facing sales support and ecosystem support
11. Assists in prioritizing scope and negotiating conflicts between stakeholders
