ABOUT WRAPAROUND
Wraparound offers child-focused, family-centered mental health services based on strength and needs. There are 10 principals to the Wraparound programs: Family Voice and Choice, Team Based, Natural Supports, Collaboration, Community Based, Culturally Competent, Individualized Strength based, Persistence, and Outcome Based. Our Wraparound teams works with our Parent Partners, Child and Family Specialist, and Facilitator creating goals. Together we create strategies to support families and track progress.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Wraparound Program Manager, the Wraparound Program Supervisor will ensure the daily operations of the Wraparound program are being followed, working closely with other Managers and Directors as needed. They are responsible for interviewing, hiring, coordinating, meeting contractual obligations, and supporting direct reports. This position supports exempt and non-exempt, clinical and non-clinical, staff in their program.
Monitor staff caseloads to meet the agency service delivery expectations, including collaborating with Intake Department and other managers to assign cases.
Monitor referrals of cases for psychiatric consultation.
Carry a small caseload and meet productivity for the role.
Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance and Program Directors to ensure outcome measures are completed and data entry inputted, etc.
Provide training on procedures and documentation when needed in collaboration with the Clinical Training Manager.
Monitor quality assurance and compliance and DMH standards and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring that program is meeting budget targets.
Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching and continuous evaluation and development of direct reports.
Responsible for closing clinic, as required.
Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled to meet agency needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /Background:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field required.
Active ACSW/AMFT/APCC in good standing and working towards completion of hours.
Must be in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.
CA Driver License required and the ability to travel into the community and support transportation of clients if needed.
Spanish Speaking highly preferred.
Other Requirements:
Trained in Evidenced Based Practices.
Knowledge of public mental health system (LACDMH preferred).
Interest and commitment to working with multiethnic, multicultural, low-income populations.
Proven interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent documentation and clinical skills.
Proven ability to follow-up and meet deadlines.
Excellent initiative, flexibility, and stress-management in handling the demands of leadership.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate in order to balance the many responsibilities, and address the various issues, that a supervisor faces during the workday.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, especially Microsoft teams).
HYBRID REMOTE
Position is hybrid remote and requires telehealth and in-person appointments in the office. Employee must be willing and available to work in the office as required, during office hours. Some positions required field-based services or meeting community partners at their place of business.
