About the area
The Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Academic) oversees teaching and learning across UWA. The Teaching Excellence unit supports the recognition of teaching at UWA, including the coordination of the Academy Fellowship Scheme.
About the opportunity
Support the coordination and administration of UWA’s Academy Fellowship Scheme, assisting participants, mentors and assessors throughout the programme.
Organise training, maintain programme resources, and provide accurate advice aligned with accreditation standards and the Professional Standards Framework.
Manage participant records, contribute to process improvements, support AFS Fellows, and assist with broader Office of the PVC‑A initiatives.
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
Administrative experience in a similar environment.
Desired experience with the Higher Education Academy Fellowship scheme and its operations within a university.
Demonstrated ability to provide participant support and learning and teaching support in a higher education setting.
Highly developed written, verbal communication skills, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
