Your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the provision of home oxygen services, ensuring seamless delivery and monitoring of equipment to clients.
Maintaining accurate client records and data within relevant systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Liaising with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and clients to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the program.
To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in healthcare or a related field would be advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
