We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Program Test manager to support and Drive Test Delivery and coordinate across multi-TLA text execution plans to ensure cross-dependent work is fulfilled seamlessly. The ideal candidate will drive and develop a deep understanding of applications/projects within the operations vertical through hands-on involvement and stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities :
• Senior level Test Project Manager will coordinate across multi-TLA text execution plans to ensure cross-dependent work is fulfilled seamlessly
• Very quick to learn and take up control of an in-flight situation
• Preferably with domain knowledge in the Banking/Payments (Cash) spaces
• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for all delivery responsibilities across projects and verticals of the Client account.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing work plans, assessing capacity, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress across value streams, with onsite coordination for enhanced visibility and control.
• Provide consistent and uniform status reporting across the vertical using Jira dashboards, with walkthroughs as needed.
• Communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress during face-to-face client interactions and cadence meetings.
• High caliber communication techniques to span audiences including Senior Executives (IT & Biz), Project Managers, Development Managers, Test Leaders
