Key Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code and pixel-perfect interfaces.
•
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms.
•
Debug and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
•
Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends.
•
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
•
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with clear documentation.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Proficient in Flutter or React Native with hands-on experience developing and deploying apps.
•
Solid understanding of mobile development principles, performance optimization, and best practices.
•
Strong knowledge of Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native).
•
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with back-end services.
•
Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.
•
Experience publishing at least one app to Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a strong plus.
•
Experience working in agile development environments preferred.
• Working Hours
•
Flexible working hours with the expectation of regular collaboration with team members across different time zones.
•
Availability for core meetings between 10 AM – 2 PM GMT preferred.

•
Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and device-specific behaviors.

Ability to write reusable and modular code.
•
Competence in debugging, unit testing, and performance monitoring.
•
Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
