Job Description
The Council seeks to hire the Programme Associate to
Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative research.
Undertake financial analysis to assess the value add or potential value add within the different sectors and sub-sectors.
Develop business models to accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies and interventions and have an understanding of the financing mechanisms/instruments within the sector.
Write high quality research pieces – papers, presentations, policy briefs etc.
The successful applicant will be responsible to understand technical, business, financial and regulatory trends and should be able to successfully capture them in a quantitative and qualitative manner. All information may not be in public domain and the applicant will be expected to reach out to organisations (government and private) and sectoral experts to gauge the reasons behind a specific trend. Such analysis is then expected to be used by policy makers to frame guidelines/policies for government, investors, and industries to take important decisions. The Associate’s work is expected to feed into the final outputs of CEEW - CEF which would assist decision makers in public and private sector.
