Programme Delivery - Graduate - London
Job Req ID: 48904
Posting Date: 14 Jul 2026
Function: Graduates
Unit: Consumer
Location: 1 Braham Street, London, United Kingdom
Salary: 31,500
Why this job matters
This is a key role within Transformation that is accountable for end-to-end delivery of significant and strategically important initiatives that in turn deliver EE’s strategic goals. The role holder will focus on delivering brilliant customer experiences to quality, within time and cost expectations and will do this through waterfall and more agile methods as required.

Our goal is to transform our organisation for good with every pound we spend on delivering initiatives, to help EE Consumer become the most personal, customer-focused brand in the UK.

About this role
Each day, we come up with new ideas to help our customers through the power of technology.

Our Programme Delivery pathway for Graduates sits within the Transformation part of our business. As part of this programme, you’ll do rotations around our teams and have the opportunity to work on different projects.

Our Graduate programme is all about the hands-on experience. We’ll get you shadowing and receiving support from some of our current colleagues, so you can start to understand what the job is all about. As you learn how to deliver a project within a timeframe and budget, you will be exposed to all aspects of project management. After you gain some confidence, you'll be coordinating your own projects, ensuring solutions are implemented smoothly.

Our Delivery Programme teams are the people who help us turn our plans into tangible solutions and help deliver them into everyday working life. And with millions of customers and over 100,000 colleagues, that’s no mean feat. You could be working on anything from the latest Broadband or Mobile launch to new Customer Service Capabilities for our agents. Your solutions will impact millions of customers across our three brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.

You’ll get the opportunity to work with and understand a wide and varied group of people across the organisation, including Architects, Marketing managers, our Technology development teams, and many more.

Whilst the on-the-job learning is valuable, we’ll still be there to support your personal development as well. We’ll make sure you learn lots of different skills, such as different project management techniques, outstanding stakeholder relationships and time-management skills. Plus, you’ll also learn things like how to build resilience and tenacity, all of which are vital in supporting careers in transformation and analysis. On top of that, you’ll learn skills in agile, data analysis and collaboration.

Our Delivery Graduate Programme is available in the Consumer Transformation, part of our business. As part of this programme, you’ll do rotations around our teams, developing skills personal to you and supported by a learning pathway.
