He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role:
As the Programme Delivery Administrator, you will support the delivery of capital projects across the Auckland Metro area. You will help ensure programme controls are followed, reporting is accurate, and financial and contract processes run smoothly.
Your work will support our Programme Business Manager and the wider Programme Delivery team. You’ll assist with cost and budget tracking, contract documentation, project governance, and general administration. You’ll also contribute to business reporting, programme reviews, and decision-making by preparing data, insights, and programme updates.
This role suits someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, building strong relationships, and keeping essential programme activities organised and on track. Safety is central to how we operate, and you’ll lead by example in supporting our Zero Harm culture.

Essential:
Five or more years’ experience in a similar administrative or programme support role.
Experience preparing business cases, plans, and regular reporting.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
A considered, adaptable approach with the ability to respond to changing needs.
Experience with forecasting, cost monitoring, and supporting work claim processes.
Knowledge of procurement and contract administration.
Desirable:
Experience in construction, infrastructure, rail, or within a government organisation.
Project administration experience, including coordination, compliance, and commercial support.
Knowledge of financial and commercial processes, and quality management or reporting.
