Overview
CB Operations within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) supports the Corporate Bank (CB) franchises within Deutsche Bank across 18 countries.
This role is within the CB EMEA Branch Operations Chief Operating Office (COO) team with primary responsibility for Global Initiatives (GI).
The GI Lead will act as Program Manager for various initiatives within the division, managing, tracking and driving execution of the strategic Target Operating Model, Front to Bank Automation programs as well as a tactical book of work which aims to deliver in-year results.
The role is based out of Pune and will report to the COO for EMEA Branch Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• The GI Lead will
• Oversee the Book of Work for the Division, with responsibility for timely and accurate tracking and reporting of the delivery of the value and strategic outcomes of the items within the portfolio
• Ensure key project milestones are documented and communicated to all stakeholders effectively and that potential risks, issues, dependencies are escalated in a timely manner and tracked appropriately
• Own the engagement with Operations leads and Business heads to understand process nuances, challenges and underlying businesses supported and independently assess business case ahead of presentation to relevant parties for approval and funding by business sponsors and key stakeholders
• Interface with Stakeholder groups to ensure alignment of milestones and deliverables including regulatory, compliance, data protection, technology mandates / requirements to be fulfilled as part of the initiative
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Business, Product, COO functions incl. local and regional Operations and regional/local management
• Work closely with Global Product Line Process Owners to ensure strategic alignment and harmonized approach
• Proactively highlight and, where appropriate, escalate key delivery risks and issues to GI, and ensure strong Audit trail of presentation artifacts is maintained to support the program management standards
• Ad hoc reporting as required

• A proven track record of managing transformation programs
• Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard
