Job Description
The Data Technology (DT)/Reference Data Services (RDS) organization is a market leading provider of reference data for investment banking, corporate banking, and private banking applications world-wide. The RDS platforms distribute several different reference data sets and in addition the Data Technology team also supports horizontal functions such as Data Distribution for the firm.
This role is sits within the Investment Banking IT division, but also services clients such as Infrastructure (Risk, Finance, and Treasury), Corporate Bank, Private Bank and Wealth Management.
The role of the Lead Technology Manager focuses on leadership/managerial activities related to and in support of technology staff, projects, and strategic deliverables by the Data Technology (RDS) team. This will include, but is not limited to, the development of staff and adhering to formal performance management processes, ensuring timelines and quality of deliverables across a portfolio of technology initiatives.
This role will be responsible for overseeing a 150+ team based out of India across Pune, Bangalore and Gurgaon to deliver on the firm’s Reference Data strategy for Book, Organization, Product, Common and Instrument & ESG Reference Data.
