Building a proposition for Current Account for Privy League Programme
Competition benchmarking analysis
Ensuring channel engagement for the new propositions and existing propositions on a regular basis with various channels
Ensuring ROI on the built proposition and channel adoption
Driving x-sell, Relationship Value increase, Net Promoter Score on the Privy league base through various channels / campaigns
Ensuring regular MIS to channel and senior management
Reevaluating proposition if required and quick turnaround
Be involved in any changes to be made on digital platforms for Privy customers
Job Requirements :
Good understanding of liability products, loyalty and competition benchmarking
Understanding of RL processes, rules and regulations
Strong understanding of the Current account requirements by HNIs and UHNIs. This is a mandatory requirement. Having knowledge about trade, CMS , assets (Working capital, CC, Business Loan) is an added advantage
Prior experience in programme/ product management would be an added advantage
Understanding target audience and coming up with innovative ways to engage with internal and external customers
Understanding digital channels is an added advantage
