Job Title: Programmer / Data Analyst
Experience: 5-7Years
Responsibilities
• Programming of complex survey questionnaires (CAWI, CATI and CAPI) (currently we use Voxco as our survey platform)
• Programming Max Diff, conjoint (currently we use Sawtooth)
• Data processing (currently we use Wincross)
• Data analysis using SPSS
• Ensuring that all data (such as row tabs, tables, and scorecards) are accurate and delivered on time
• Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
• Develop excellent quality content
• Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who -
• Minimum 5 years experience in survey programming (CAWI, CATI, CAPI, knowledge of Sawtooth advantageous)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in data processing (knowledge of Wincross or other equivalent tabulation software)
• Must have a very good working and practical knowledge of the research processes in market / customer research
• Fluency spoken and written English
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding and passion for data
• Client and service orientation.
• Intercultural competence and ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Proactive, highly organized and able to deliver tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• Dashboarding skills (we currently use Domo)
• Java script development
• Knowledge of Python/R
• SQL Knowledge
• Advanced MS Excel skills, visual basics a plus
• Willingness to work European or even US hours
• Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
• Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
• Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
