Job Role
• Develop web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM Business Process Manager
• Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
• Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
• Support & Maintain of own or internally developed tools/applications
• Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
• Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
Essential requirements:
• Develop IBM BPM applications based on specifications in a best in class manner
• At least 1-2 year of experience in developing applications in IBM Business Process Manager and with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX and REST.
• Ability to work in an independent, systematic and structured manner in an agile environment and international team
• Ability to propose new ideas for better solution (from development and solution standpoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open minded and committed to achieve targets on time, quality and cost, as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work in a multicultural team
• English skills for daily international collaboration required (oral and written)
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle DBs, XML structures, AngularJS, Bootstrap, DOJO toolkit and JAVA.
• Experience within automotive wiring harness business
