Coordinate operations for an assigned program/project, supporting a recognized mid-large scale program/project.

What are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities?

Coordinates and maintains applicable program/project schedules and agendas, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Drafts meeting minutes and other correspondence/communication with management and collaborators.
Collaborates with other departments, staff, leaders, and partners to provide coordination of logistics and information as directed by leadership.
Prioritizes and coordinates the development of events, outreach activities, meetings, and materials to promote and coordinate the program/project. May represent the program and/or organization.
Fosters a collaborative and positive relationship-building dynamic with internal staff and external parties. Provides education, training, onboarding, and mentorship pertaining to the program/project.
Collaborates with departments, vendors, and community parties as needed to support the development and management of program/project budgets; maintains and tracks all supporting budget/financial files and documents.
Creates reports for management to evaluate program/project performance and day-to-day operations. Documents and tracks program/project compliance.
Offers feedback to management and makes recommendations regarding program/project operations and procedures.

Qualifications
Education
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience
Required: Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience
Preferred: 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating organizational programs or projects, with familiarity in program/project management principles and development processes
