Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Site Engineering to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring quality execution, and delivering projects within timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation
Handle client interactions and provide regular project updates
Identify risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at site
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Manager in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Experience Required:
2 – 3 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution
