The opportunity
We are seeking applications from experienced Project Administrators preferably with construction experience to join our collaborative team in Auckland. This is a fixed-term, full-time role until April 2026, working on site on one of our key projects.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
Experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Team player supporting Project and Site Managers with daily tasks
Professional and personable approach with effective time management skills
Manage and maintain project documentation systems and plans flawlessly
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Document control and management system experience essential
Procore experience advantageous
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Full driver's licence (essential)
