Working within the Admin & Reporting Team and reporting to the Manager HDS Administration and Reporting, the Project Administrator - HDS is part of the team responsible for the development and delivery of projects from preconstruction to delivery.

Contributing to a collaborative, integrated team of internal and external professionals and specialists that work together in an environment dedicated to producing consistent, reproducible and scheduled results, the Project Administrator - HDS is responsible for undertaking key tasks and supporting the Project Coordinator, Senior Programme Coordinator, Preconstruction Workstream Lead and Workstream 2IC, to ensure that project information is accurate, robust and up to date, so that reporting can be completed accurately, and suppliers get paid on time.

This role is part of a highly focused team that works together in the office during set hours, Monday to Friday.
