Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Coastal and West Pilbara team, assisting the Karratha branch. This role provides great exposure to the mining industry, assisting with the administration duties for our established Karratha branch in a hybrid Perth office/site based role. The successful applicant will see themselves assisting with general payroll, procurement and document control tasks, whilst ensuring smooth and effective communication between our operations representatives in Karratha and Victoria Park. We also provide extensive opportunities for growth and client exposure, preparing you for a strong career within the iron ore industry!

Key Responsibilities:
Production of workpacs for our operations crew
Assistance with weekly time sheeting and payroll tasks
Management of office and site procurement orders
Coordination of deliveries and freight to the Karratha branch
Reconciliation of project critical financial costs
Effective archiving of company documentation
Implementing our new online forms within the team
