Team/BU Description
Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering team works closely with Product mgmt., Pre-Sales and Field sales in rolling out go to market messaging, technical demos and works on overall enablement.
Primary Roles And Responsibilities
• You’ll be an SME in Observability, AI-Ops space, constantly learning technologies and possess a deep knowledge.
• Build use cases, custom demos, user stories and content to enable Solution Consulting, Sales teams. Engage with Product management, Sales, Solution Marketing understand the GTM requirements.
• Be a Technical focal point in explaining, enabling new use cases to Solution Engineering teams.
• Hands on build AI-Ops, Observability use cases by deploying applications, configuring agents, writing scripts, loading data and working closely with the large Organization.
• Build presentations, videos and content, drive adoption of demo, sales use cases globally.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Deep understanding of Observability and AI-Ops solutions
• Preferably from a System, SRE, Application monitoring background with experience in working in Command Centres.
• Implementation Experience of Leading monitoring solutions in APM, Log Analytics Space
• Good command over scripting languages like Python, Perl, PowerShell etc.
• Deep Understanding of K8S, AWS or similar cloud platforms (Mostly from a monitoring standpoint example – CloudWatch)
• Deep understanding of SRE concepts like SLO’s, SLA’s, Signals, Metrics, Telemetry etc. Ability to execute integrations with varied tools in APM, Network and Log Analytics space.
• Proven experience in working in a Large Bank, Telco would be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work in 12.30 PM to 8.30PM shift
Desired (nice-to-have) Skills
• Understanding of AWS, K8S or any cloud / containerization platforms
• Prior experience in BMC, similar solutions
• Exposure to implementing monitoring projects, cutting across app and infra, preferably like an Architect or a Senior consultant.
