Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Jaipur. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, managing project timelines, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards. The role also involves coordinating with construction teams, ensuring compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards
• Experience in Project Management and preparing/reviewing Submittals
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Prior experience in architectural design and construction projects is a plus
