Job Description
Primary Purpose:
To lead and manage the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring they meet design intent, technical standards, budget, schedule, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Design & Development
Develop and refine architectural concepts in alignment with client needs and site constraints.
Translate design intent into coordinated and constructible drawings and models.
2. Project Management
Manage timelines, deliverables, and team workloads.
Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
Coordinate project phases from schematic design through construction administration.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead internal design teams including architects and designers.
Collaborate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) to ensure design integration.
Conduct design reviews and quality control checks.
4. Technical Oversight
Ensure technical accuracy of documents, including construction drawings and specifications.
Address and resolve technical and construction-related issues during the construction phase.
