Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Architect at Sun Infraa Trends Pvt, Ltd located in Virudhunagar. The Lead Architect will be responsible for daily tasks associated with Lead conversion, Client awareness, Customer basis architectural design, Client basis design development and explain the overall architectural strategy of the company.
Qualifications:
• Architecture and architectural design skills
• Bachelor's degree in architecture is a Mandatory
• Minimum 4 + Yrs experience must
• Must have experience in Interior projects - Designing and executions
• Knowledge on the latest trends/techniques in architectural and interior design
• Interior Product designing skills
• Client coordination and Customer handling skills
• Product presentation skills
• Knowledge on the latest trends/techniques in architectural and interior design
• Excellent communication skills in english and tamil must
• Creating designing presentation basis for client requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Good understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
