We are seeking a skilled Project Architect based in Mumbai with a minimum experience of 5 years to oversee design development, coordination, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage architectural projects from design to construction.
· Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed working drawings.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
· Conduct daily/weekly site inspections to ensure adherence to design specs, materials, and workmanship.
· Monitor critical stages (formwork, RCC, finishes, MEP installations) with checklists.
· Verify material quality (concrete grades, steel, tiles, etc.) against approved samples.
· Perform snagging lists (defect tracking) for architectural finishes (paint, flooring, cladding).
· Resolve on-site disputes with contractors using measured drawings and SOPs.
· Assertive communication to enforce QC standards with contractors.
· Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines with minimal supervision.
· Mentor junior architects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
