About the Internship:Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
2. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
3. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
4. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
5. Use and continually develop leadership skills
6. Write email broadcasts and/or newsletters
7. Work on revising work quickly based on feedback
8. Meet deadlines and complete all work in a timely manner
+. Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
10. Retrieve documents and files when requested
11. Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
12. Work on basic content creation, blog writing, social captions, presentations, etc.
12. Work on general administrative support and daily Facebook management, project management, client management, travel plans, meals, and anything else related to the company meeting, events, and retreats

Stipend:INR 15,000 /month
