Department: College of Natural and App Sci
Salary: $10.45 hourly
Description:
1. Provides routine clerical support for the College of Natural and Applied Sciences and Science/Marine Education Field Trips.
2. Field Trip Coordination: Organize field trips with local ISDs and agencies.
3.Transportation Reservations: Arrange transportation for trips.
4. Student Travel and Contracts: Handle student travel forms and contracts with science activity providers.
5. Graduate Student Assistance: Support project coordination for graduate students.
6. Vendor Payments: Process payments related to the project.
7. Activity Tracking and Reporting: Track project activity and assist with reports.
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 1 year of office clerical experience.
