We are working on an upcoming high-profile luxury wedding exhibition, bringing together premium Bridal couture, Jewellery, Accessories under one roof. This is a great opportunity to work with top brands and industry leaders in the luxury and wedding space.
Role: Project-Based Event Trainee
Join our team as we curate an exclusive lineup of brands and exhibitors for this grand event. Your role will focus on onboarding luxury brands, executing strategic partnerships, and managing key event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Acquisition – Reach out to potential exhibitors and onboard premium brands.
• PR & Marketing – Assist in outreach, brand positioning, and promotional activities.
• Pitching & Negotiations – Present compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize collaborations.
• Database Management – Maintain lead records, update trackers, and manage inquiries.
• Market Research – Identify potential exhibitors, research trends, and analyze industry competitors.
• Lead Generation & Follow-Ups – Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and timely follow-ups.
• Email Management – Draft and send proposals, maintain communication with brands.
• On-Ground Marketing & Event Management – Assist in pre-event promotions and ensure seamless execution.
Who Should Apply?
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in event coordination, PR, or marketing (preferred)
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Excel & email marketing is a plus
