Position: Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities
• Plan and execute pharmaceutical facility projects, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Oversee development of production areas, cleanrooms, warehouses, and utility facilities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal departments such as production, QA, and validation teams.
• Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
• Assist in project cost estimation, budgeting, and material planning.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Track project progress and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations such as WHO, FDA, and GMP guidelines.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, reports, and site records.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure site safety and EHS standards are followed during project execution.
