Role : Design Manager/ Coordinator
- 10 to 12 years of experience required.
- Must have completed IT Parks/Commercial-Retail/Residential projects only.
- B.Arch Only
- Skilled in MS Projects, AutoCAD, Revit and Primavera P6.
Job Location : Delhi - NCR/Dehradun
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proven work experience as a Designer/Coordinator or similar role.
• Preparation of architectural drawings, schedules, and related presentations/reports.
• Preparation of baseline schedule and supporting Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
• Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinating with MEP Structural design team.
• Creating detailed reports for executive staff.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
