About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support a large-scale IT Digital Transformation program within the Health Insurance domain. This role is best suited for someone who has hands-on experience in digital transformation initiatives, a solid technical understanding, and is highly adept at capturing and managing minutes of meetings (MoMs) to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving coordination activities, bridging the gap between business and technology teams, and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT digital transformation initiatives.
Work closely with the Program Director to track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, including detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), reports, and stakeholder updates.
Monitor project progress and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Contribute to process improvements and adoption of best practices across the transformation program.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in IT Digital Transformation projects (mandatory).
Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and workflows within the Health Insurance industry.
Demonstrated ability to take clear, concise, and actionable MoMs.
3–5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or similar role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or equivalent).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.
Desirable Skills:
Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in data migration, system upgrades, or regulatory compliance projects.
Location:
This role requires working 3 days a week from the client office (Sydney CBD).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
