The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various aspects of our projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.*Key Responsibilities:*- Liaise with lawyers, brokers, and government offices to ensure smooth project execution- Conduct research and provide support in documentation and compliance- Coordinate with local contractors and labour force to meet project deadlines- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion- Report progress to management and suggest improvements- Upgrade skills and knowledge to stay updated on industry trends- Audit site works*Requirements:*- Graduate degree in relevant field (e.g., construction management, real estate)- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or construction industry- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Proactive and able to work independently- Familiarity with government regulations and procedures
