We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Project Co-Ordinator - Scheduler to join our team in Belrose. Our project management team is made up of experienced Project Managers with diverse knowledge and backgrounds. This is a permanent full time position that is responsible for scheduling across a number of large-scale warehouse and Distribution Centre projects.

Tasks and Qualifications:
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Scheduling all activities and resource allocations associated with the assigned project/s from the receipt of a customer order to the completion of the project
Liaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time.
Managing the schedule reporting, Assisting with the managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors
Communicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications & experience:
Degree qualified in Engineering or a scientific discipline
Experience working as a Project Co-Ordinator/Scheduler for large-scale projects
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
Competent use of MS Office applications
Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers
Willingness and availability to travel across Australia and internationally to see projects through to completion
