Grade: Senior Executive
Location: New Delhi

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Support to Sale & Marketing team and Project team for commercial related matters. Prepare Client BG, EMD, Order booking in system.
Periodically project financially evaluation and analysis and implement the results. Maintain project cash flow.
Support in framing taxation structure during finalizing the contract with customer & vendor.
Provide timely, relevant and accurate information on commercial matters of projects. Generate timely invoices to Clients.
Preparing MIS/ Reports as required by Project Manager
Constant Supervision of Project financial health.
Client, vendor and sub-contractor invoice/PO timely & accurate reconsilation. Keep updated client /vendor outstanding's.
Any other Documentation required for project commercial.
Other Knowledge & Skills:
Project Management Skill
Proper understanding of complete project deliverables for EPC / LSTK projects.
Fluency in English / Hindi communication
Organization skills and a methodical approach to work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Negotiation skills & strong teamworking skills
Excellent IT skills
Flexibility
Proficiency in Indian Basic Taxation structure
Qualification: MBA /Degree in Bcom, Mcom and MBA in finance or Taxation
Experience: 6-7+ years of experience as a Project Commercial
