Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Fuel and Dairy team in our Market Regulation branch. This is a fixed term or secondment opportunity through to December 2026, based in either our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) or Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

The Market Regulation Branch of the Commerce Commission is responsible for regulating the telecommunications, fuel, dairy, grocery and retail payment systems.

This is a busy and varied role that provides coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, which will give you an opportunity to develop your project management skills. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure project activities are well-managed and delivered effectively.

The indicative salary range for this role is $73,050 - $85,942 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.

Some project coordination experience working in medium to large projects
Proven administration experience
