Responsibilities
● Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details.
● Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects. ● Track and monitor project activities.
● Produce, review and distribute reports.
● Support Project Manager to deliver on time & on budget.
● Act as a point of contact for clients, as required.
● Gather and analyze information to support project l development and project implementation
● Building a team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team.
● Partnership Management - Develop and manage partnerships with Schools, Colleges, social sector organizations, , Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities, NGO, government agencies bodies etc.
Qualifications & Skills
➔ Master Degree in Social Work / Rural Development
➔ 5yr of exp is preferred
➔ Strong communication skills.
➔ Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative. ➔ Excellent computer skills
➔ Management Skills
➔ Budget skills
➔ Reporting skills
➔ Good Monitoring and Evaluation skills
➔ Accountability Skills
➔ Coordination Skills
➔ Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
➔ Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
➔ Fluency in written and spoken English & local language
➔ Open to travel.
