Job Description::
Established connections with the client team to quickly comprehend the needs
and business goals.
• Advised client stakeholders on necessary resource changes at their request to
quicken the pace of the project and guarantee its timely completion.
• Managed teams of offshore developers. Internal and client teams were
coached and mentored to meet project goals.
• Improved project reporting through standardization, simplification,
rationalization, and organization.
• To keep things moving forward, communicate requirements to the
appropriate personnel and departments.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and
expenditures.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing sprint planning document
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team
members.
• Maintain Project Management tools like Jira, teamwork, asana etc
