It is only people coordination among Customers, Engineer and service in- charges and Create project schedules that include materials estimates and required engineers count to be submitted to management.
SPOC and primary point of contact for team members, must be able to provide guidance and support of project to team member.
Understanding formal escalation and review the report and processes to resolve.
Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
Only Desk job to work on ticket raise and track it till closure.
He coordinates the following with his senior support.
Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise.
Monitoring and maintain database of in-word and out-word stocks.
Managing daily report and activities of engineers.
Resolving minor issues without any assistance with his technical understanding.
Coordinate with engineers to do documenting actions on field.
Required skills :
Education : Any Diploma Graduate/ Any Science background graduate.
Exp Year : 2+ Yrs
Language : Preferably Tamil/ Malayalam or more than 2 south Indian languages or Hindi.
