Job Description:
Maintain and follow event planning timelines to ensure seamless execution
Create checklists, forms, and information sheets for event leads to streamline communication and organization
C coordinate pre-event production and logistics, including vendor communication, rental orders, and website updates
Help execute on-site event setup and day-of-execution tasks, such as leading volunteers and set up crews, checking in deliveries, and managing event talent
Assist event lead with compiling data, including event sales trends, ticket holder information, and year-over-year budget details
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of events experience, preferably in office administration, operations, marketing, or sales
Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
