Job Details:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to onboard client and manage customer service.

Basic requirements are summarized below:

1. Candidate should be from IT background or with basic IT skills

2. Candidate should have experience of minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years

3. Candidate must have knowledge and understanding on how software works

4. English communication should be outstanding.

Preferred Skills:

Candidates having knowledge of working in travel domain are preferred.
