Job Description
Are you excited by creative, fast-moving work that makes a real impact? Do you like staying organized while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams? If you enjoy supporting a variety of marketing projects—like web updates, email and social campaigns, and app-related initiatives—and you thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
This internship is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn the day-to-day rhythm of agency-style marketing work, brings a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and enjoys solving problems as they arise. You’ll help keep projects on track by supporting timelines, documentation, communication, and coordination across stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
• Support the management of projects within an assigned portfolio
• Assist in gathering requirements and documenting scopes of work
• Help build and track budgets, timelines, and project plans
• Coordinate internal team resources and external vendors/suppliers
• Track deliverables and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Help identify, flag, and support mitigation of project risks/issues
• Support stakeholder communication by sharing updates and next steps
• Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings
• Help organize weekly status calls, notes, and budget check-ins
• Create and maintain project documentation (briefs, status reports, trackers)
• Contribute to high-quality outcomes while supporting scope, timing, and budget constraints
We’re looking for someone who:
• Interest in project coordination within marketing, advertising, or communications (internship, co-op, school projects, or part-time experience welcomed)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with different teams and personalities
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements, and propose solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional client-facing communication
• Creative and curious mindset with an interest in marketing channels (web, email, social, digital campaigns)
• Bonus: exposure to agency environments, vendor coordination, or basic project tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, Jira, Excel/Sheets)
Computer workstation: PC laptop, provided by ChangeMakers
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Toronto Office
In-office Requirements: Hybrid. Interns are expected to be in the office Tuesday–Thursday, and on Mondays and Fridays as needed.
Duration: Four months (May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026)
Applications are being accepted until February 27 for a May 4 start date.
